Deep one hybrid heads?

I have a vague recollection of having seen someone selling separate 28mm deep one hybrid heads, so you could convert any figure into hybrids with a simple head swop... But I can't find anything from the folks I thought would be likely sellers!

Does anyone know if these exist, and my Google Fu is weak, or if I have somehow misinterpreted or dreamt it up?
