Both Brigade Games and Pulp Figures make US Army and USMC in campaign hats. The Brigade Games ones are in their Wild West and Caribbean Empires ranges.

Brigade Games:

Both the US Army and USMC ranges are in shirt sleeves not tunic as per your photo. The US Army versions, being cavalry, are in leather leggings.

Pulp Figures:

Separate heads? There are about 6 campaign hatted heads in the WG ex Wargames Factory Survivors box.

Crooked Dice also do separate heads in campaign hats:

Just FYI, the Marines didn't wear a Canadian hat but the Montana hat, or the Montana peak/pinch Stetson (which might have been inspired by the Canadian hat!  or it could have been the other way around since the Montana peak originated with the Spanish American War and the Mountie stetson wasn't official until 1901).  :)

Au contraire. Canadians were wearing the lemon squeezer/ Montana peak type bash to their hats during the Boer War. It's credited as the source for the Boy Scouts own headwear.*

While worn by individuals for some years beforehand, the US campaign hat was not officially bashed into the Montana peak style until 1911. Have a look at photos of the Span-Am War, The Philippines Insurrection and the US contingent to the Boxer Rebellion. Fore and aft crease to their hats. Probably the first time the campaign hat was 'officially' and widely worn on active service in this manner was  the Columbus Raid and subsequent Pershing Expedition after Pancho Villa in 1916.

* Edit. No, The USMC would have worn in that way in Haiti the year before, so maybe 1915.

* Which takes to the timeless classic:

Q. What's the difference between the Marines and the Boy Scouts?

A. The Boy Scouts have adult leadership.

au contraire contraire!  lol (is there such a thing?)

Carlos - you do know the Spanish American War pre-dated the Second Boer War, right?  ;). Not by much but one before the other - well, the SA wrapping up as the BW got going.

I suspect no one really knows when it was first used, the "lemon pinch", but I'm sure it was long before it was official with anyone.  Oh, and didn't Baden-Powell credit an American soldier serving with British forces as his inspiration for the hat?

Cool hat either way.

Oh, and Carlos, man are you in trouble with every single US Marine out there, serving, retired, or former!   :o.

I do indeed know when the Spanish American War took place. I also know that contemporary photos mostly show the troops with officially sanction fore and aft folds to the crown, not in the later, Montana Peak style. There's fairly famous photo of Roosevelt and his Rough Riders, all wearing 1889 pattern campaign hats. Of the maybe thirty or so figures in the photo maybe four have blocked their hats into the Mountie/Montana/ Boy Scout style.

Pretty much all the photos of US troops in the Philippines and China Expedition, both roughly contemporaneous to the Boer War, show US troops, both Army and Marines with their campaign hats blocked in the official fore and aft style. If there was a variation in those were generally that the front and or rear was folded or pinned up, a bit like Corporal O'Rourke in F Troop.
bI also know that the official adoption of that style was not adopted in US dress manuals until about a decade later.

I'm not suggesting that it wasn't worn unofficially by individuals. clearly it was, as were other sometimes bizarre individual variations. The point I'm making is that the period evidence of the four square lemon squeezer style is pretty much limited to individuals.
