Painting Modern Camoflage?

Asdking for a friend, anyone know of any good links for painting the various camoflage patterns used in modern uniforms. specifically Russian and US European theatre. Thanks

There is a painting guide for the US Woodland Camo and one for the British NATO Camo in the left menu.
