Attack on the Farm - a bit of 1917 gaming
« on: February 11, 2024, 08:54:44 PM »
Today, TWD and I had another crack at using Chain of Command for a Great War game using the proposed rules from the 2014 Lard Christmas Special.  It was highly entertaining, despite being very much a game of two halves.  Predictably, Capt J Hunt got his Mark IV tank bogged down before freeing it in style.  The British assault sections got bogged down in front of the German-held farm and broke, ending the attack.

All figures are by Great War Miniatures.  Plastic vac-formed terrain is by Kallistra and Amera.

There's a full game report with more pictures here should you wish to know more: https://mogsymakes.net/2024/02/11/great-war-chain-of-command-pt-2-attack-on-the-farm/
