I have lost See Own Posts button

Somehow I seem to have lost or deleted the "Own Posts" button.  Is there a way I can get it back, please?

Or can i just not see it?

Under the banner where the adverts show, to the right.  There is a minus or plus sign in a square. 

If it's a plus, click it so it's a minus.  Then you will see a pane open on the left with that missing and other options.
