Are Battlescapes still trading?

I ordered from their site on 15th February, not a great order, my hobby budget is very limited at the moment, but have not received anything and had no response to emails.

The lack of communication (even their Facebook page is devoid of interaction) is not great.

Their Etsy store has closed as well, so I'd say signs aren't good
