ECW Epic scale guys
« on: April 07, 2024, 06:41:28 PM »
Just an update as I've been getting some more stuff done just lately.  I picked up sets of the Royalist and Roundhead command at Adepticon and the Royalists are finished.  I've also made a lot more progress on the rest of the stuff just recently after almost a year of it not getting much work done on it at all.

Here are both sides.  Obviously, a lot more on the Royalist side than the Parliament.

Just the royalists here.  I'm pleased that I managed to get four units of foot done.  Those take forever.  The seven units of cavalry were so much faster to paint.  I'd guess I can paint about four units of cav, at least, in the time it takes me to paint one infantry unit.

Then there are the Parliamentarians.  Lord Brooke's regiment is back there lacking their muskets but those should be finished tomorrow.

Here is a close up of the cavalry.

With a little bit more effort I'm hoping I can get a game together by the end of May.  With luck, possibly by the end of April.

Very nice. The Epic scale works very well for this period. You've done justice to the sculpts with your painting.
