Werble and small animations

Tried an app called Werble earlier that adds basic animation to photos and I am quite pleased with it for a free app. You can pay for a more expensive version if you want. Lets you add snow to pictures if you so desire it

Tried to post a werble video thingy up but it wont play
Its a basic photograph of Terminators on a Space Hulk with the sci fi lighting effect added as its suppose to move like a gif. I get it to work on my pc,on tablet and facebook but I dont think this web site can recognise the file type or am I pressing the wrong button .

Added a download link in a different format that seems to work
