NAVWAR Continues!!!

I just spoke with Tony Anderson's wife and she is continuing the NAVWAR business. She is casting as we speak so all stock is available which is Great News. I am placing an order today. Shop hours will remain the same on Saturdays so drop by if you can. NAVWAR has been is business for 55 years now! Incredible.

Does anyone know if there is any intention of modernising their website so that orders can be placed online? I'm based in NZ, and in the past I have faxed orders to Navwar from my PC (which has worked really well) but it is my understanding that currently Navwar no longer have a operational fax machine? So if I want to order any more stuff from them the only currently available method is to send them a airmail letter.

Can anyone enlighten me as to how Navwar's ordering system will work from now on? If they do finally go to online ordering I'd certainly be tempted to order some more stuff!

Yes, great news that she's going to keep going in his stead.
But I wonder if it may just be better to sell the moulds on. I wonder if this might not be a better way to continue his (and Navwar's) legacy.
She's not that young herself, so it's unlikely to be a long (or even medium) term solution.
And there's just no way that communications or ordering/technology side of things is going to update.

It may be best to sell the moulds on to someone who can advertise, promote, trade, and keep them in circulation more efficiently.
That may be a better tribute to his life's work.
I'm sure it's hard to let go though.

I think Tony was looking for a buyer before he died, so I suspect this may just be to keep some income coming in until the business is sold.
