WAB, WAB, more WAB etc..... not that I mind playing WAB, I just think we need to try other systems from time to time.

That's sad. It is that sort of mentality that has fractured Bath war games club. So we have over 6 clubs in little Bath most of whom don't speak to each other  In a time of recession as a niche hobby we need to be a broad church and inclusive not exclusive if we are to survive.

Don't get me wrong, we all get on really well and are quite close. There are a couple of us who want to try new systems but most want to stick with what they know which is, i suppose (sadly), a very human trait.

A very good point though it has to be said, many don't play larg abattle ancients and do play a host of other games.
