Looks good.  Gotta have a press crew milling around to get in the way...

They look good! I’ve got several reporters painted up for the Vietnam War but I haven’t quite decided how they would function in a game.

They could function in a number of ways...

A.  They are attached to the US unit, who would need to try keep them out of harm's way as they try to get into it.

B.  If you are doing a campaign or linked games, what the press observes and records can influence the narrative.  Both heroic and less-than-heroic actions can be influence future morale and RoEs, for example.

C.  If they are armed, they could even influence the fighting in some manner, perhaps with a die roll to determine if/how they might intervene.

D.  They can simply be set dressing, and not affect things at all.

Just some ideas I have used...

Great ideas, in the way is more common from experience along with high hostage risk in Africa and Middle East

Or you can have them as an umpire controlled token to remind players not to brass up the civvies in an indiscriminate manner. If they have LOS to your unit, best not do any nasty shit.

Of course maybe that doesn't translate into the present where we have dickheads filming themselves and their mates committing war crimes on their Go-Pros.

Yes SASR, I'm looking at you. :-[
