Via Ludibunda Still In Business?

Having watched some of Padrissimus's Tilean campaign videos, I saw some fun looking orc pirates from Via Ludibunda. 

Without thinking, I ordered them.  On June 6.  On June 10, I had an update saying they were being case and would be shipped next week.  Now, it's September 5.  No response to a Facebook message (they have not been active there for a while, it seems), and no response to two different emails.  I saw one post about them, but it was 5 or 6 years ago, and nothing since.  I hoped that meant they were back to good business.

So, anyone know them?  Anyone deal with them?  Should I just give up and ask Paypal for a refund?

That long with no contact back? Definitely file a paypal dispute.

Nope, wouldn't buy there. My guess would be they ceased trading quite some time ago and only retain their site to sell the last of their stock. But even then they have to deliver  .

Filed the paypal complaint today.  Bummed.  Really liked the models, but knew I should have checked before I jumped.
