Amazing table!

What rules? Where are structures and figs from?

Wow - that is an amazing table!

In the Cold War section there’s a game called “Lunar”. Might be that?

I just noticed the placard in the upper left: Dark Side of the Moon / GZG Ground Zero Games.

No mention on the GZG site though.

Lunar boi here... :D

That looks really interesting. A lot larger than a regular Lunar game (2×2), and might be a cool escalation after a series of Lunar games  8)
Miniatures you say? Well I too, like to live dangerously...

There were (I think all the infantry were) GZG moon grunt infantry and a couple of the original GZG USA/Chinese rovers (USA just in top right with blue canopy, Chinese sadly on fire in the middle - now rereleased in metal I believe) plus what looked like old plastic kits for some of the other rovers. I can’t remember what rules they said they were using, sorry (it wasn’t using lunar). I stared lovingly at that table for a good number of minutes.

Lovely looking table!  Perhaps Star Grunt rules.

That's a U.F.O. Moonbase, so either an old plastic model kit or a newer 3D print.

I think a lot of it is from UFO TV show.

I found this STL package of the moonbase:

Here are the hoppers:

Some of the grey buildings are from the Kryomek game, now sold by Scotia Grendel

Does look good though

It does look good. The only vehicles I can find on the GZG site are 15mm (I think, going by the MG15 codes and 15mm in the URL) - https://shop.groundzerogames.co.uk/15mm-stargrunt/infantry/moongrunt.html Are there any 25/28mm ones available?

The Grendel scenery is 28mm, although I guess it would work with 15mm as well, so now I'm even more confused o_o

The Grendel scenery is actually closer to old 25mm than to 28mm, I have used it alongside 6mm without too many issues as long as you can ignore the gigantic doors ;) :D

Zemjw - whilst GZG does hold a range of scales (some 25/28mm and the awesome 1/300 dirt side range - ooh and the excellent full thrust ships) the majority of their awesome miniatures are in 15mm (sorry, great for me not so helpful for you  :? ). 28mm is usually well provided for so there must be some scale suitable equivalents out there - maybe search for lunar threads here to see if anyone playing it have some suggestions

Cat - I don’t think it was Star Grunt (I hope I would have recognised it as I’ve spent many hours playing it - but no guarantees  :D) and I seem to remember seeing a QRS note discussing different coloured dice………

Going to search my phone and hope I have some more informative pictures - had a look but unfortunately no.

This may help????

http://www.werelords.com/ufo/dsotm_shows.htm

Rules were by Jon Tuffley of Star Grunt fame but not Star Grunt itself.

Yeah, that stuff was kind of small even by 25mm standards, and works fine with 15mm these days.  The table as  awhole is definitely 15mm scale, with a slew of GZG Moongrunt figs and a some converted Brigade Models 15mm Moonbase building components as well - see here:

https://brigademodels.co.uk/product-category/15mm-sf/buildings-and-scenery/moonbase-15mm-sf/

Brigade makes a much wider array of moon-scults in 6mm, but the 15mm range hasn't grown to match yet.  Hopefully this spurs some sales for it so the process gets accelerated.  Lot of the smaller-scale stuff that would be great (albeit pricey) to have in 15mm.
