Had a good look but can't find the previous garage but I did find this, needs an extra sign in English but looks the part. Not stupidly expensive either if its as good as the photos.
Hope this helps

I'm glad everyone is sharing what they have, these all give me ideas for more city building.

That looks like Micro Art Studios to me.

I've got this one too and added a corrugated roof. It came from the bay of fleas but I can't remember for the life of me who the manufacturer was.
Cheers,

I've found my original purchase on ebay (in 2019) from a seller called mango_terrain.  Unfortunately it looks like they have now ceased trading on ebay.  They have a shop on Etsy, but are not currently trading there either.

It's also shown in this post on here:  https://leadadventureforum.com/index.php?topic=116662.0

The Micro Art Studio one is pretty good, done a review on my blog. Fully pre-painted, with removable roofs and detailed interior, just weathered it a bit with a single color paint. https://wargameterrain.blogspot.com/2022/07/micro-art-studio-prepainted-multicolor.html?m=1

If you have access to a 3d printer, Windham Graves has recently released a gas station with options for 1920s or 1930s pumps. He has a patreon at https://www.patreon.com/c/WGraves/home
