Matt, this is already covered in the existing GPSR thread, where Mike has indeed already offered his services in person (I had a chat to him in fact, but happily found someone to act for me free of charge - you don’t need to have any special qualifications to be an appointed representative for GPSR purposes. You just need to have a formal letter of authorisation, and reside in an EU member state). So to avoid having two parallels conversations about the same topic, I’ll leave this one here, closed, and refer anyone interested to the existing thread :
