I have an Optivisor but do not like it.
 Good lighting and reading glasses works well.
+1 here.  I have trouble with too much sat in front of my face. 
A bottle of scotch and two aspirin a day will greatly reduce your awareness of heart disease.

Ditto on the optivisor and agreed but I may try the uk one I found above

Had one of these for years. Cheap as chips and works well. With advancing years, I now use a pair of close-vision prescription glasses as well. So these work either on their own or in conjunction with glasses.

I use an Optivisor.  I was given one that lasted years, then purchased a new one in 2014  ::) that is still like new.
