One additional thing, I think you'll find it's only eight dismounts for the British sections in FV432. It shrank in Warrior.

Oh well. I was gonna chime in here, but what I was gonna say has already been said...

I can only reaffirm the stuff already posted (particularly the Soviet info - I got out my Army FMs on the topic from the mid-80s...).

If memory serves this is the best one.  There have no doubt been some corrections since but I expect it is still a good start.  I think I have a copy of the 1980s one too somewhere.

Yep, the 1991 contains the necessary reassessement of the MRC organisation and the inclusion of the support weapons at company level. These took place in the early to mid 1980s but it took a while for the pams to catch up.
