Following the success of the Dominion of the Spear Ancient and Medieval Solo Wargames Rules, Ork Publishing is happy to announce the release today of Dominion of Pike and Shot Renaissance Solo Wargames Rules. These rules use the same game engine as the Ancient rules but amended for the Renaissance. They also contain 95 army lists from the Italian Wars to the Polish Deluge (so go up to 1670 AD). Armies have 3-6 units, typically five, and as there is no measuring a game can be played with miniatures or with paper and pen. Games take just 10 minutes and hopefully generate a plausible and amusing narrative.
