Khurasan Miniatures has released a 28mm Pteranodon:

This is our second 28mm prehistoric release. This was a huge flying reptile from the end of the Age of Dinosaurs. It would soar for hundreds of miles over the great interior ocean in central North America, searching for fish. Model is 90mm, or about 3.5 inches, from wingtip to wingtip as posed.

Makes a great creature for fantasy tabletops ? including 15mm.
