Something is stirring in Poland.

A really nice, small but growing company/game I've recently been made aware of.

The vast majority of their sculpts are, to me at least, utterly stunning, some of the best I've ever seen.

They have also spent an absolutley incredible amount of time and effort in creating the background for the world their game takes place in, it really is rather amazing.

I haven't had a chance to look through the actual rules of the game, which is apparantly small skirmish scale, but even if it isn't for me the world and miniatures are more than enough to keep me interested in what these guys go on to do.

Some pictures of what I feel are the best of the factions they have begun producing sofar:

Ah sorry I should have said. The two pictures are the concept art work. The top one having the finished green below it, and the lower one will apparantly have the green finished, with pictures, soon.
 :)

The website has numerous pictures of all the models avaliable so far and the greens for them, as well as a couple of models yet to be released but that have finished greens.
Just incase the paint job on a mini isn't to your liking take a look at the greens cause some of them look better.

Really the only force I am a little underwhelmed by are the Lidd, a couple of the miniatures for that faction are brilliant, but the majority just don't feel right to me, could be the paintjobs though, I should really listen to my own advice and look at the greens again.

That said having one faction I kinda dislike out of the 3 prouduced, and 2 started on, is a far higher success rate than most companies get from me. I am exceptionally picky when it comes to sculpts, much to my constant annoyance.

I like the way the mines are looking on there site, I am thinking I will look form into the back ground, rules and price to see if I want to get into this game.

Wow, very nice minis!

I downloaded and read through the rules - they have a neat and unique way to create leaders and heros - very similar to how you advance your skills in World of Warcraft. You fill out a tree from bottom to top, only being able to get the really cool abilities if you already have some of the lower-level ones in the same category.

I'm not really sure on the scale as I've not seen a human figure up next to anything I can judge it by.

I would assume somewhere between 28 and 32mm.

The rulles look nice to me, I have been reading trough them since I am looking for a game as an alternative for Mordheim. Does anybody know if they are planning to write up a campaign system? (since they already have heroes with levels etz)

I also like the look of their game board as well, and will probably use it as inspiration in one of the three modular boards I am building.

They look great. A bit of a Warcraft feel to them... but still quite unique. I like the Dwarf Ranger! Can't wait to see some fantasy tribals...

I'm not really seeing any of the "warcraft" links...

I mean warcraft always was 100% cartoony.
These don't really have any sort of cartoon like design to me, just design inspired by aspects of fantasy, like any other company producing such stuff.

As for the skill tree, they've been around a tad longer than World of Warcraft  ;), but then I'm only pointing that out because I personally feel linking anything to that game is a negative thing.
