Hey there, I just joined the forums and am still trying to orient myself, so please be patient!

My name's Mat and I hail from Sheffield, where I host the annual "Lead & Steel" event (well, we're two years old and already planning for 2026), which I hope will be of interest to some of the folks around here.

I also paint and take commissions as Indelible Ink Studios.

So I'm wondering where on the site I should be promoting both of those things?

My 2p? Events stuff in the Events and Conventions board and your painting services in the Commercial one. If you're simply showing off your latest work, I don't think you can go far wrong by posting in the relevant board. Fantasy Adventures or Future Wars, for example.
