In the third and final post in a series looking at some of the history to be seen in Lisbon, Portugal, I have put together a look at the interesting collection of vehicles and weapons held as part of the Museu do Combatente within the 18th century fort of Bom Sucesso overlooking the approaches to Lisbon on the mouth of the River Tagus.

Much of the collection was an opportunity for me to broaden my knowledge of Portuguese involvement in their Overseas or Colonial Wars in Africa and India in the 1960's and 70's.
