Newline / Rapier Zulu War British Figures
« on: 12 December 2009, 05:57:59 PM »
I am wanting a gun and crew for the Zulu War and possibly some cavalry, can someone let me know how this range compares with the Empress ranges, pictures would be even better.

We have an all day game planned for the end of Jan so can't want for Empress to come out with these and I'm not keen on paying Foundry's prices!

Thanks in advance

Paul

Hi Paul,

We do not want to promise anything but we have both the 7pdr and 9pdr field guns finished and mastered. Paul Hicks is working on the crews and battery command for them at the moment. Release should be mid January at the earliest which may be to late for you.

The Natal Monuted Police, both mounted and dismounted are due for release anytime soon.

Not sure if that is good news for you or just frustrating  :?

Well it will be good to see them, the game is on the 30th. I'm pretty sure we will buy what we need but need to have something on standby!

Will there be boers? There is a real lack of Boer figures about at the moment.
