Nice! The Frostgrave Demon shield lends quite a menacing look to the historical headgear. Keep them coming!

I like the black Numenorean kit-bash a lot! The shield really changes the style of the figure. I think that the other armour gives a sense of continuity with your Gondor figures. This figure shows that both nations come from the same origin but the black Numenoreans took a different path.
