For a fun take on the ACW, for those of you have access to HBO, season 4c, episode 1 of The Righteous Gemstones features celebrated actor, Bradley Cooper, as the “first Gemstone”.

For me, apart from the dark humour, the scene with the war photos, was particularly well shot.

Enjoy, and be afeard in the presence of the righteous Gemstones.

My wife and I agreed that we’d happily watch a whole series of Bradley Cooper in that role - it was a very enjoyable interlude and really showed the scope and depth of the writers ability well.
