Size Comparison?
« on: 23 July 2025, 08:04:46 AM »
I'm building units of Victrix Medieval Foot and Mounted Knights. Also Victrix Islamic Cavalry and Infantry. All aimed for Outremer. I'm thinking of adding some character figures as leaders. I've seen some on Gripping Beast and Footsore. Any others? Mainly, I'm looking for foot and mounted leaders who will fit in size-wise. Photos of size comparison across the ranges would be very much appreciated, as well. Thanks in advance.

Did you ever find anything suitable?

The older Footsore sculpts are tall and thick.  I would expect them to match well with Victrix.

By older, I mean the Bill Thorton sculpts, not the newer Kickstarter models.

I have foot troops for Victrix and Footsore.  I can give you a comparison of those if it’ll help you.

Check also Artizan for moors. Their range is very nice although they may be smaller than Victrix.
Crusader also has a range of knights for 13th century so may be suitable too. Again they are on the Artizan size. Will try to take some comparative photos of what i have.
