German East Africa: Battle or Skirmish scale?

I'm a bit late to this topic but did game this period in 28mm 15-20 years ago. Whilst rummaging through some rules this morning I found the book in the photo. This is a scenario book for what you want. I'm also showing a sample scenario ORBAT.  They are rules agnostic and have "translations" for 11 rulesets, albeit these were rules popular in the US 20 years ago.
