Interesting Video on the Othismos

Of course, we all know that there are a lot of theories about the Othismos.  What it is, how it actually works, and how did it play-out "for real".  Of course, we may never know for sure but this guy has some interesting ideas and demonstrates them a bit as well. 



There is also a video about Over-hand versus Under-hand debate for using the Hoplite spear.  May want to check that out too, if you are interested in Greek warfare.

We only played a Greek Punic War Game last nite at my place !, 1150 Inf 100 Cav on a 15 x 6 table ( & Run out of space ..!!) Gotta get a Bigger Boat ../table
You by far  put the most interesting , stuff on this forum . by a mile ..!!
