28mm Fireforge Russian Infantry

Are they more on the larger or smaller side of the 28 mm range? I only have the Mongol warrior set from Fireforge and they are smaller than the miniatures from the Victrix set for example. More the size of the early LotR miniatures of GW, especially regarding size of the heads.

These are slightly smaller than the Wargames Atlantic minis, they are noticeably smaller than the Victrix figures I have but those are Napoleonics so the size comparison may not be apt. They would mix with WA minis and most Old Glory metals without difficulty
