What rules? Some sort of RPG conversion? I recall Walter Simon used to write rules for 1/32nd scale skirmish games in Wargamer's Digest, back in the day.

Not settles yet, my game room is a bit small for chain of command

Maybe 5 in Normandy or Nuts but I also like Drums and Shakos so might try the modern version
