Do you mean the rules of that name from Wargames Illustrated?
If so, I have them. They were a bit of an impulse purchase, and I have never actually played them, although I have read them through several times and think that they would work pretty well.
For a slim book, they cram a lot in, and the ideas for hunting parties and bringing back trophies and loot are very good. There is also a section that details how they can be adapted to other periods, not just the Victorian high adventure setting - in fact, there is a great photo of some Napoleonic French figures fighting off some prehistoric animals.
As I said, I can't give you an idea of how they play in practice, but they look very good to me and I hope to be able to try them out some time soon.
Hope that's useful to you.
