Me too. I have started to build the Tiger Moth from that film a couple of times. I also have some unfinished greens where I have attempted to sculpt the pirates. One of my very favourite films of all time.

You know, your use of several smaller round balloons instead of one big zeppelinshape just solutioned a problem that had been on my mind for a small airship I'm working on myself. I had considered anything (up to foam rugby/footballs, but couldn't find one in the right size) and was resigned to try and carve it out of foam, but now I know what to do. :D Thanks!

in fact I used small plastic cups for cocktails and lunch, I stuck them. 2.50 euro cups. I still have a lot of things to do it.

Thats a very ingenious solution to the gas bags on the air-ship. Almost remind me of some of the old "Leggs Eggs'' that they used to package womens nylon stockings in. Those were great for any number of things - Ah - the good old days lol

Is this 'Laputa: Castle in the Sky'? If it is, excellent, No. 1 Son has a copy of that, I really must watch it...

I've started with cheap round christmas ornaments, because I had plenty available that are the right size and don't get used. ;)
