Pulp Action Female Reporter Figure sought
« on: January 24, 2010, 02:47:14 AM »
Looking for a suitable female pulp figure to be a reporter, so no pith helmet or flight suits. American, Oriental or European is fine. Willing to do some modifications to add notebook etc.

Any suggestions welcome.

Brigade Games, Pulp Figures, and RAFM all have models that would suit your needs.

Been to Pulp Figures, Brigade (artizan line) and RAFM, with no real good canidates except the female in the Dept of Paranormal Studies as a possible. Looking for a stand in of Polly from Sky Captian and World of Tommorow styled female reporter.

From Brigade's WW2 Pulp Horror line, Julia Coldberg, Reporter for the Daily Trumpet (two versions):

I painted this pack up late last year - my first set of Artizan figures, and very nice ones! Funnily enough, the Paranormal Studies lady has also made an appearance in at least one of our games as an adventuring lady reporer! Great minds think alike, or something...

If the Artizan Paranormal Studies woman doesn't suit, Pulp Figures does have a lady reporter with notebook in their PGJ 9 - News Hounds pack.

The Artizan figure has a bit more glamour, though, if it's Polly-from-Sky-Capt. you want to model.
