Yes - stunning. And very desirable...

Villainous looking Spaniards to pit against my Sea Dogs (at last!)

Mr Hicks, where do you find the time?! (Although I'm glad you do... )

Multi-tasking and no sleep? ::)

These are some very good figures BTW :-*
A CANADIAN local hobby store with a small selection of historical wargames miniatures (mainly from Warlords). They also have a great selection of paint and hobby accessories from Vallejo, Army painter, AK Interactive, Green Stuff World and more.; https://tistaminis.com/

Love these, what I need now is comparison picks with Foundrys Swashbucklers. Anyone know when they are being released.

Thanks to everybody for the kind words.
I should be ready in a month to sell the twelve foot figures. A little less perhaps.
My main problem is to find the time to devote to the hobby.
I would like to add to the cavalry even two mounted Albanians. Pretty exotic guys, I guess. Then the idea would be to do some Turks or Barbary Corsairs. It depends on two things. The first is the sculptor's patience, which is very high but probably not limitless. The second is how many expenses I recover with the sale of the miniatures.

For sure it does. At least that's what I'm aiming to use the miniatures for. A la Hougenotte!

I would like too : great mind think alike - since I could definively paint alike  lol

They could work for the wars of religions, but we need less morions and more ruffs !

@ rogerdearras :

Great miniatures ! what a great idea to focus on the mid XVI c. I'm pretty sure the wars of religions are a great "niche",  with a great commercial potential.

I think they're cracking. I've mentioned your company-to-be on my blog, so you've got a little bit more publicity. Every little bit helps!

I must admit I'm quite tempted but my pirates are more Long John Silver era than Elizabethan, so if I did buy them they'd be Estalian troops for Warhammer...! o_o
