Char B1 bis
« on: 03 March 2010, 10:07:20 PM »
I'm interested in finding a good model of the Char B1 bis tank for 28mm games, can any one recommend a manufacturer? I only know of the BEF model and I'm not sure how well it sits besides a 28mm figure as I'm not familiar with the figures standing beside the model on the BEF web page.

Looking at the BEF website I do not think the Char B1 bis is available yet.  The Army Group North one is available from Wargames Command Post http://www.thewcp.co.uk/product.php?ItemID=1452 and should be a good scale match.
They were all drawn to the Keep; the soldiers who brought death; the father and daughter fighting for life; the people who have always feared it; and the one man who knows its secret....

I believe those are Crusader French.I bought a trio of the Army Group North Chars, they are nice models(don't like the bases though). However after getting my Char Fcmc2 from BEF I'm going to sell off the AGN ones and wait for BEF to get their new Char Bs done. His models are really good.
I emailed Chrouchie at BEF about availibilty of the Char Bs and he said they were getting worked on at the caster now.
