Genric Khivan/Central Asian green previewed 1860-1885
« on: April 02, 2010, 08:46:34 AM »
For those of you who know me I have a standing interest in the Russian army of 1860-1885 especialy the Russo Turkish war and the various campaigns within Central Asia against the many Khanates. Having been looking for suitable opponents for my Outpost 28mm Russians, I commissioned an initial generic Central Asian figure which while based on a typical Khivan can be used for most of the Khanates. This is very much a trial figure and I will be looking to get a few more made.

There are some very useful looking figures there
Gary, Glynis, and Alasdair (there are three of us, but we are too mean to have more than one login)

Nice.  A bit chunky, but nice.

Looks like the chaps sitting in the couryard outside my minaret window  ;)
Well done.

These figs will be applicable for a long time frame, from the 1870's through to the revolution, good to see them.
