Hasslefree "Medieval Kids" on a 40mm square base.  (I'm rather pleased how these turned out.  :) )

Great work.  I always wonder about how people paint multiple minis on one base.  I assume you don't base them and THEN paint them, because how would you get into all the nooks?  So I guess you paint thm individually first, then glue them to thse base, and then do the basework, right?  Do you use a mask on the figures when you do the basework?

This is a big statement but I think these are your best work so far. They are absolutely superb. Bloody titchy tiny things too.

These were a big departure for me as I always complete the base before painting the figure.  Then just add the static grass or other greenery after varnishing the figure.

So with these, completed figures were then based. I found it very, very fiddly.   lol  Didn't mask anything.  Just very careful.

Your figures are always top notch Orctrader, but this really takes them into a new league. Superb work.

I am always fascinated by basing, so it would be very much appreciated to know how you got that excellent texture and the colours you used.
