Our hero met this handy lady on a journey to the southern jungles of mars,accompanying Sir Richard Burton on his search for the long lost original 'Book of pleasure',to prove if it is the true base script for the infamous Kama Sutra.
 'M'ach'en l'ang'e g'ute L'ieb'e' is a high priestess of the decadent and declining Temple of Delight as you have probably realized,since the emasculination tool is just given to priestess of higher degrees.  
Allthough this fact is not really to his taste,the situation is a lot better than to fall in the hands of that martian Khan that is hunting him.
