Svenn: Select country, and it should re-direct you.

@Topic: 18 Pounds for three figures?!? I have to say that is... impressive, even for GW standards.

Was it the 3 Barad-Dur for £18?  Yes, that's expensive and that is why I gave up buying GW miniatures...........

"On the small side..." I'd say they compare to regular GW stuff like Perry Miniatures do to Chiltern.

No, we tend to be the bitter ones  ;)

The LOTR figs are on the small side yes. Part of the liscencing agreement was that GW's other ranges wouldn't be compatible with the LOTR range. Same reason you'll never see LOTR products and other GW products on the same page in White Dwarf or on flyers.
So many projects..... so little time.......

Their LOTR figures are closer to 25mm than their usual figures, smaller than Perry/ Foundry, etc. Nowhere near the size of the usual GW stuff....

Surely it's worth £18 for their in-game effect in War of the Ring?

I'd be surprised if anyone is buying these, because they will already have sent their life savings to Nigeria to faciltate the shipment of that $75bn worth of gold they have been told about in an unsolicited letter.

When their share of the bullion arrives, of course, they will be able to purchase loads of them.

I wasn't told I had to share it!  lol

Hmmm, £18.00 for three LOTR figures, or £15.00 for a box of Perry Bros' Wars Of The Roses infantry.

Tough call  :?

Those are the more boring of the command sets too. The Rohan one looks cool, but still, £18!

I think it's paintful spending £15 on a resin vehicle now!!!  lol
