yes, but they're just rescaled from their other scales and detail is not all that hot.

Though for someone on a budget they're still useful I think.

sorry, I didn't meant to say they were upscaled and therefor bad detail. I mean to say they are rescaled from figures that were sculpted without what we are used to as 28mm proportions in mind. And the detail is soft, allegedly.

The Bavarian (marching) look good... at least with a good paint job ;)

From the pics they do look like 20mm figures scaled up. They seem to be slightly more anatomically realistic than most 28mm stuff. Depending on their actual height, they may well fit in with ranges such as the Perry or Victrix plastics, but not Front Rank etc. The horses are very nice, judging by the El Cid range. Not bad - the painted pic of the French Chasseur battalion is pretty impressive.

Definitely worth considering if you need stuff in plastic that hasn't been released by the other companies.

Maybe it's just me being stoopid, but I couldn't find any prices other than they are level "D or F" :?

Hi, I've seen some of thier 28mm french infantry at Salute and was not so happy about the detail compared to others like Victrix or Perries.

Hopefully the Bavarians and all the later ones will be better.

cheers thomas

The detail is probably not so hot, but they would fill some gaps.
