WWWII at Texicon!
« on: 20 May 2010, 11:30:35 AM »
If there are any WWWII fans in the DFW area this weekend, I'll be hosting a couple games at the Texicon gaming con in Ft. Worth on Sat. 22.  The first game will pit Captain American and some "All Americans" against the Red Skull and his SS cronies.  The next games sees an ambush on a Jagdpanther and as the the lead starts flying something more terrifying and hungry emerges from the dark woods.

Hope to see ya there,
Brian

Brian's AARs are a riot to read! I even bought a copy of the Batttleground WWII rules just to get a better understanding of them! Brian: Any chance of coming to ROCKCON in Rockford IL this fall and running a game?  8)

@ Postal
Reaper Con and Texicon are doing a deal that if you attend one you get in free that day at the other.

@ Whitewolf
Glad you picked up the rues and I hope you like them as much as I do.  I intend to hit the con circuit hard one year but it just isn't this one.  I hope to hit all the cons across the US but I think that will be in the later then sooner.  I'll put ROCKCON on the list.

Hmmm.... tempting.  Last time I played one of your games Brian you made stuck me with 2 car loads of civilians about to go zombie.  Not sure which games I'll be playing, but I'll stop by and say hi if I don't jump in on any of your games.

Just call  in sick man and swing up Sat.  Your a government employee, in a union and a shop steward for said union so you are about 100% from being canned no matter what you do unless you go Postal!   :D

Hope to see ya there.  Did you hear about Mark?  He went to his storage shed to get all his stuff for the con and it was ALL stolen!  30+ years of a out of control gaming collector and all his stuff got nicked.  I'm in the mood for a lynching!

Anyone can pick me up a reapercon sophie? ;)

I wish they just sold these figures on the website. I'd pick up that $99 boxed set with the reapercon sophies from previous years in a heartbeat.  :( (even though I think it's overpriced)

Yes. Every year they do one that is only available at conventions they attend.
I would love to have them all, but have never been able to get a single one this far.

If you do get a chance to pick one up, that would be great, but no pressure.  ;)
