Prof.Witchheimer's move adventure
« on: 19 June 2007, 01:12:51 PM »
Ladies and gentlemans, after many years in the cities, chaos in the streets and vast amounts of peoples, Prof.Witchheimer has decided to leave the urban civilization and settle in the country. He has bought a house in a nice little village at a vineyard and there he will be resident soon. At the moment our Professor is working very hard and preparing himself for move and planning his new painting and gaming room. As usual he's going to keep you informed about the progress of that exciting project!

here the pics of the first viewing of house

The future painting room, former small stained glass studio, a hobby of the previous owners:

The future gaming room, in the past carpenter's workshop,  another hobby of the previous owners:

Congratulations Professor! I hope the move goes far smoother than you could hope. And welcome to the joys of living in the country.

Congratulations! I think it's great the house already has a studio and game room built into it.  I think the tradition upon moving to the country is that you have to wear a tweed jacket with leather elbow patches and get a hunting dog.

Oh, you lucky, lucky dog! Well, I suppose calling it luck is unfair since I assume its the fruits of long life of hard labour. But a hobby room?! AND a gameroom? I don't mind telling you: had I not been raised a gentleman I would have vented my envy by calling you a complete b@$t@rd. ;-)

I wish you all the best with your move; it is generally a wise idea to move away from the larger cities.

Whats wrong with Tweed jackets? I purchased one recently and love it. I think since my 40th birthday earlier this year many things have started to change in my life, in particular my odd dress sense

Good luck with the move, I envy you being able to live in the country. I'll be stuck here in fog bound old London town for sometime.

Many congratulations ;-) I could say that I envy you (and that would be true), instead I will say:
Wow, that's a hell of place for a hobby. Happy many hours transforming before you can enjoy the fruits of your labour. But, hey, WHAT a fruit

Woah. Game room. Envy.

Say, shall I wait with sending you the ships until you´ve settled down a bit? I could include the junk into a large box, maybe...

Enjoy your new home and post some Work In Progress pics as you rennovate (for us poor slobs who actually have a room but no idea what to do with it being totally talentless).  :D

Regards,

Don
