Back from Durham for some hours, and apart from an hour lost on the way home due to an accident blocking the rail lines south of Durham (which is ironic because I was chatting with MarkEvans about how fine and reliable the railways were all year, just some two hours before!), a grand day out.

I've put up a gallery at Photobucket with some shots of the games tables (not that many, since it was a rather small, but nice convention).

For your amusement: I forgot my map at home and, stubbornly refusing to pay 4.50 for a road plan, managed to take a wrong turn, and ended up spending more than an hour and several miles of walking finding the venue. Although it was a very nice day and a good walk - that's the route I ended up taking.
