Are there any lab/tech pieces out there that would suit the Mi-go?  How about fungal miniatures from the home planet?

Yup I think you have them all covered. The rafm ones are a little large imo. Grenadier are very nice... Em4 are small but I think these are the best scaled Mi-Go.. nice figures. Of them all I think the Black Cat bases have the best bodies.

There are some mushroom men from Ral partha Europe not on your list.
