Must admit the Italian-Abyssinian conflict doesn't grab me, but that is a great looking tabletop. The kind of quality standard and visual impact all display games should be aiming for.

Thank you Captain - praise indeed!  (I was just admiring your WotR work on another forum, and am trying very hard to stay focused on Africa... )  I personally think it's really important to make an effort with terrain, especially in the 'post-khaki period' where models in uniform can be a bit drab to look at.

Thanks Helen.  Yes, you are correct, a number of Castaway Arts models have found their way into my army.  Upon reflection, the Ethiopian army has been sourced from figure manufacturers on three different continents...sadly Africa isn't one of them (but I did base several models on Ethiopian coins to make up for it!)
