Please ID this figure

[Laflin and Rand]

I just had a bunch of dismounted cavalry from Franco Prussian War come into my possession. They're all Foundry minis. The only thing is, I'm not sure about what the figure above is. I don't see it on their web site catalog. It's clearly Foundry (it's marked FPW just like all the others). I'm pretty sure he's a French Hussar. Shouldn't he be wearing a Kepi though? The only dismounted cavalry in the catalog are Chasseurs and Cuirassiers. What does everybody think?

Dismounted Chasseur, the Hussars and chasseurs were indentical, but the Hussars generally wore the Kepi, used to be a dismounted cavalry set.
