I tend to use Foundry for cowboys.   Black scorpion have a few and Artizan have Old Sweats on horseback but no cowboys.

What timescale are you looking for? I have early period 1830's - 1850s here:

If you want later period cowboys then Foundry has foot and mounted pairs or try Old Glory Cowboy Wars, they have plenty of mounted/dismounted versions.

I'll look into these and see what I can use.

They are actually for a friend, so I'll ask him about the right period.

The OG Cowboy Wars line is pretty nice form what I've seen so far; nothing like their typical sculpts.
