Hi all. I have been an impressed viewer of this site for some time now. I thought I might wait until I had something worth posting before registering. So, here goes.
The group I regularly game with meet at the German Club in Melbourne. Most of us have been building BoB armies for years now, without really settling on any set of rules. We recently played an attack on a Bolshevik held railway station by the armies of a couple of desperate Chinese warlords. The rules were the Warhammer Great War, using some homemade army lists. The game is a little less 'heroic' than I would probably like, however, they rattle along at a reasonable pace.

The table at the start of the game. Half the Chinese forces enter from one table edge. The other half are held in reserve to come on any of the other table edges.

The Warlord armies were worryingly large. With a number of units held in reserve, I did'nt think I might have the firepower to hold them off.

The train station was strongly defended.

Would there be enough rifles to hold back the horde?

Things looked grim as some of the heavier reserves arrived...
