Fantastic Four versus the MoleMan

I remember seeing a Marvel Masterpiece toy set that included the Fantastic Four, Moleman, and his monster about a year ago.  The monster would be the perfect size, albeit much larger than the Mecha-Gor.  Any rules idea for the Moleman and his huge monsters?

I would make the monster Massive x 5, that would give you 10 extra points to work with if you wanted to keep him on the standard 85 pt. scale.

Terrifying Aura would work well for his incredible size.

Super-Strength is also a must. More as I think of it!
