Hi,

I joined a little while ago and was just reading the FAQ when I realised I had not introduced myself properly ...  :(

My Name is Joe Thomlinson and I hail from Melbourne Australia. I have been miniature, board or computer gaming since the mid 70's. I also collect miniatures and am currently involved with the Collecting Citadel Miniatures Yahoo Group. I also mange the CCM wiki and have a trade site setup to help manage my addiction.  ;)

One of the main reasons for joining was part of a personal motivation campaign to get me painting regularly again, and to that end I intend to participate in the next season of the LPL. The other was simply sampling all the fine eye candy that appears here and to participate in the discussions.

As it happens in the brief time I have been a member I have already traded with one fine fellow and am involved with another so my addiction has already been helped along as well! :)

G'day - glad to see someone else that hails from around or near Melbourne  :D

The link to the trade site doesnt work for me though... went to a blank page.

Hi Joe, welcome to the LAF.

You probably already know that there are few friendlier or more helpful sites on the web, and indeed the eye-candy is something to behold. Also, I find that the utterly unconventional has a pretty high profile here too, which is no bad thing I think.
